CTO

Rajiv Khemka, a Computer Science Engineer from IIT Kharagpur, has more than 30 years’ experience in the technology space. Prior to founding Striatum, he has worked in leadership roles in technology at Reliance, OfficeTiger, Digital Equipment and other leading corporates. Rajiv believes that People, Process, Technology and Change Management form a continuum that enable a business to derive maximum value from cost effective technologies.  He is a member of IEEE, TIE, CCICI and BMA and is interested in using technology to create business value for customers.

Solutions and Customer Delivery

Sharmila Hiranandani brings 25+ years of experience in the IT industry with experience across multiple domains like Telecom and financial services. She has held leadership positions at Tech Mahindra and Convergys Information Management Ltd and has worked for global as well as Indian clients during her professional career.  Her assignments have been around Planning and delivery of large complex software and consulting projects for international as well as domestic clients. Of late, she has picked up skills in the areas of big data and machine learning.
